Apperance: The brew is black brown, a small tan head, little lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is dark and burned, candid sugar, soy and dried peas. (4)
Taste: A taste of sweet dark bread, sweet tropic fruits, balanced with some sour oak, a warm concluding chocolate bitterness. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, a soft and sticky feeling, a good body and warm dryness. (4)
Overall: A round well balanced nice stout. (4.5)
