Linköpingsöl Pils

Apperance: A foggy straw colored beer. A high white head with good lacing and small curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of fresh bread, ripe apples, lemon and hay. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, nearly overripe lemons, bitter grape-fruit peel and seeds. Slightly metallic bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A small body with a long dry finish. (3)
Overall: For being a lager on 3.5% it has it's merits, a bit harsh bitterness IMHO. (3)
