Maelstrom

Apperance: A clouded amber colored beer. A high off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, grape-fruit, pine resin. (4)
Flavor: Tasting toffee, dark bread, pine resin and grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a very dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A well-done classic DIPA. (4)
