Apperance: A dark brown beer, with a small beige head leaving lace in the glass. (4)
Aroma: The smell is mostly acid notes, sour milk, some sweetness from the malt. But also pungent dusty leathery aromas, nice! (4)
Flavor: A sweet taste of caramel and dried fruits balanced with a fresh sourness. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a somewhat dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A really well-done winter brew. (4.5)
