Apperance: A dark chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Candy sugar and dark berries. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting dark bread, red berries and apples, nettles. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a slight dry finish. (4)
Overall: The 7% ABV is extremely well hidden in this one. Very rewarding beer in all real ale aspects. (4.5)
