Apperance: A rather dark brown beer with a hint of orange, the head is beige, rich, firm and leaving lots of lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is complex, lots of sweet malty tones, spices (cardamom, cumin), sourness (lemon, sour milk), grass and hay. (4.5)
Taste: Mostly sweet tones, caramel, some licorice, a bit salt caviar, and a bitter tang at the end. (3)
Palate: Mildly carbonated, rather smooth and a dry finish. (3)
Overall: This is a hard to judge beer, it looks and smells very nice, but the taste is a bit to sweet for me. (3.5)
