Apperance: A hazy amber colored beer. A low off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling some cured meat, dried fruit nuances, Marzipan and Sherry. (4)
Taste: The taste starts with toast, sweet dried dates, some sherry notes and a hint of peel. (4)
Palate: Small carbonation, sticky and oily, a good body, a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: This bottle was much better than the one last year. (4.5)
