Apperance: A foggy amber colored beer. A low off-white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of spices, raisins, vinegar and yeast. (4.5)
Flavor: Tasting sweet fruits, spices, clove and old french cider. (4)
Palate: High carbonation, foamy bubbles, a soft texture. A good body with a slight dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A really good ale IMHO, I liked the acidity and cider character. (4)
