Maredsous 6 - Blonde

Apperance: A slightly hazy amber/orange beer, a thick white head that leaves good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell has some sweet notes from the malt, like syrup on digestive, Then the acidity lemon, orange and creme fraiche. (3.5)
Taste: Taste of candid sugar, lemon curd and fresh bread. A nice, but small, bitterness. And a characteristic spiciness. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a good creamy feeling, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A good solid well balanced Belgian beer. (4)
