Apperance: A very dark brown and black beer. A brown high head with good lacing and some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of dried peas, burnt bread, dark coffee and dark chocolate. (4)
Flavor: Tasting of dark danish rye bread, bitter orange peel, dark cold coffee and dark chocolate. A hint of vanilla. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (4)
Overall: This one was more balanced and complex than the plain version. Lacking some body tough. (3.5)
