Easter Ale

Apperance: A clear amber/copper bear, with an off-white large head that leaves lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is dominated by floral, citric hops. Grape-fruit, pine and dried flowers. (4)
Taste: A sweet toffee and syrup tone that is complemented with short bread and a good remaining bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonated, a soft and creamy feel. (4)
Overall: As traditional Swedish easter beers it is quite sweet, but very well balanced. Goes well with traditional food. (4)
