Apperance: A clear light amber colored beer. A low off-white head with some lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, honey apples, sherry and vanilla. (4)
Taste: Tasting sweet toffee, brown bread, sherry marmalade and vanilla toffee. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A nice modest strong ale. (4)
