Apperance: A clear amber brew, a high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of spices, clove and grass. (2)
Flavor: The taste has some sweetness, bitter orange peel, bitter spices, very much pepper and clove. (2)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small bubbles, sticky with a coarse dry finish. (2.5)
Overall: Consistent clove infused with bitter allspice seems to be Motalas approach to brewing. (2)
