Apperance: A hazy read amber colored beer. An off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of red apples, pine resin, nettles and grass. (3)
Taste: Tasting brown bread, grape-fruit peel, pine soap and fresh hay. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A medium body with a rather dry finish. (4)
Overall: An interesting cross-over, well balanced. (4)
