Shimaguni Stout

Apperance: A hazy brown colored beer. A tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of burnt bread, figs, coffee and smoked meat. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting dark bread, smoked sausages, dark chocolate and dark coffee. (3)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Very much hard roasted malt, almost too much. (2.5)
