Apperance: A clear amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of grain, lemon, clove and yeast. (3)
Taste: Tasting bread, grape-fruit, spices and peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Very bitter from the hops, lacks some body. And I actually would want more Belgian character. (2.5)
