Aroma: The smell is sour, lemon and sour milk, some earthy aromas, stable, leather. Funky! (4)
Flavor: The taste is very crisp, sour, sour cream, vineagar with complex earthy notes. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, a refreshing feeling, a dry acid finish. (4)
