Apperance: A foggy straw colored beer. A low white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Stable, acidity, strawberries, leather. (4.5)
Flavor: Tasting bread, grapes, vinegar, cheese and bitter peel. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a coarse texture. A small body with a very dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very strict. Brilliant. (4.5)
