Flavor: Tasting bread, bitter oranges and lemon peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, an almost coarse texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Very clean, not entirely balanced bitterness. (3.5)
