Apperance: The beer is a clear ruby amber beer with an off-white head that leaves lots of lacing. (4)
Aroma: A distinct smell of citric and floral hops, grape-fruit, pine some hay. Malt, molasses and some earthy aromas. (4)
Taste: The taste begins with a modest sweetness of caramel malt, a hint of sour grape-fruit, but dominating is a good measurement off bitter hops. (4)
Palate: A high carbonation, somewhat tingly, a medium body but a good dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Unexpectedly hoppy, a really nice beer for food and afterwards. (3.5)
