Apperance: A clear straw colored beer. A white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of white bread, lemon, spice and yeast. (3)
Flavor: Tasting sweet bread, lemon marmalade, cloves and yeast. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Rather good for a gluten free beer. (3.5)
