Apperance: A clear coppertoned beer, an off-white firm and slowly settling head that leaves lots of lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, raisins, caramel and sherry, citric, grape-fruit and oranges, floral, pine and newly cut grass. (4)
Taste: The taste is also staring sweet, syrup, caramel, bread crust, fresh sourness from grape-fruit, lemon and green apples and a lot of lovely bitter notes from the hops. (4.5)
Palate: The carbonation is rather high, a good balanced body, finishing with a warm and long bitter dry feeling. (4)
Overall: Well, I have a hard time to resist this kind of beer, and when it is well brewed - why should I? (4.5)
