Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A low off-white head with no lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of sherry, dates, oak, leather and yeast. (4)
Taste: Tasting sweet, bread, sherry, raisins, soy sauce and oak. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft and sticky texture. A big body. (3)
Overall: Complex and demanding, needs eg strong cheese. (4.5)
