Blend no.11 Extreme Trinity

Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A low brown head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of dark fruits, figs, sour milk and yeast. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting dark bread, strong wine, fig marmalade and sour apple peel. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Probably a lot of effort put into this brew, but I'm not convinced that it's brilliant. (3.5)
