Apperance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A high off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, sour milk, chocolate and port. (4)
Flavor: Tasting sweet dark fruits, Madeira, raisins and apple peel. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A rather clever sour sweet dessert. (4)
