Aroma: Smelling of toffee, apple, hay and grass. (3)
Flavor: Tasting toffee, bread, lemon, apple, grass and orange peel. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a dry finish. (4)
Overall: Solid, balanced, calm but deep bitterness. (4)
