Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A tan head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of dark bread, dried dates, coffee and oak. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting bread, dried fruits, sherry and sour oak. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a sticky texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: A bit sour and bitter, but with a solid stamina. (4)
