Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, hay and grass. (3.5)
Flavor: Tasting bread, orange, grass and apple peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all a good clean ESB. (4)
