Apperance: A hazy light amber beer, lots of small bubbles. A low off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Yeast, spices, alcohol. Sweet fruits, apricot and honey. (3)
Taste: Tasting very sweet bread, spices, saffron and raisins, fruit soup and peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. Some alcohol warmth. (3)
Overall: Very young and sweet, will need time to get mature and elegant. Hope three months will help. (3.5)
