Apperance: An clear amber in the orange-red-brown area, very small beige head that leaves no lacing. (3) Aroma: The smell is rather weak, some toffee, a hint of toast. (2.5) Taste: The taste has an early sweetness, toffee ans syrup, some malty tones in the bread crust area, then an alkaloid bitterness. (2.5) Palate: Medium carbonation, small aggressive bubbles but otherwise rather smooth, somewhat oily. (3) Overall: A very average beer, nothing really stands out, this alkaloid bitterness is not my favorite. (2.5)
