Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A low white head with small lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of saw dust, grape-fruit, pine and stable. (4)
Flavor: Tasting sour lemon, apple bitterness and grape-fruit zest. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Exiting and sour. (4)
