Apperance: A clear amber colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4.25)
Aroma: Smelling of sweet bread, old apple, glue and moss. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet, bread, apple marmalade and peel. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: I did not really care for the birch syrup and wood. Assuming that was the main responsible for the glue and moss vibes. (3)
