Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A high fizzy off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, sherry, oak and vanilla. (4)
Flavor: Tasting bread, sherry, raisins and vanilla oak. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish. (3)
Overall: Good, but a bit thin. (3.5)
