Apperance: A dark black colored beer. A good brown head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of brown bread, figs and dates, chocolate, sherry and vanilla. (4)
Taste: Tasting bread, dark fruits, sherry, soy sauce, dark coffee and licorice. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a dry finish. (4)
Overall: More taste now, a good mouth feeling, a bit on the bitter side, should improve with storing. (4)
