Apperance: The beer is dark read with a brown nuance, slightly hazy with lots of small bubbles, a beige head thar clings firmly to the sides of the glass. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is in the sour milk area, with hints of sweet dried fruits and yeast. Dried grass and brown bread. (4)
Flavor: Sweet raisins and brown sugar upfront, complemented with sour fruits and bitter seeds. (4)
Palate: Rather high carbonation, a rich body and a dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all good, especially with a ripe goat cheese and bread. (4)
