Apperance: A hazy amber colored beer. A fluffy white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, hay and some yeast. (3)
Flavor: Tasting toffee, bread, marmalade and bitter apple seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very dry and bitter, almost a bit overly done. Otherwise a very good profile. (3.5)
