Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A high brown head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of chocolate, burned bread, apple, sour oak. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet burned bread, honey and chocolate, orange peel and oak. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3)
Overall: Rather complex. Balance, but with a sour wood overtone. (3.5)
