Apperance: A clear amber colored beer. A off-white head with small lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of funky bread, apple, leather and stable. (4.5)
Flavor: Tasting bread, citrus, grass, leather, yeast and peel. (5)
Palate: High carbonation, a sticky texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: Wonderful with cheese. Bretty delight! (4.5)
