Apperance: A clear and very pale straw colored beer, a white head that settles quickly, leaving some lacing. (2.5)
Aroma: Smelling of some sweet biscuits andables. a faint metallic sourness. Boiled vegetables. (2.5)
Flavor: Rather little taste, boiled carrots, a short alkaloid bitterness. (2)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a bit watery and un-complex. (2.5)
Overall: A very modest beer, "birra superiore" must be over water. (2)
