Amadeus

Apperance: A pale yellow slightly hazy brew, a white head that recedes quickly but leaves lots of lacing. (3)
Aroma: The smell is intensely of lemon, white sugar, herbs like lemon balm and green apples. (4)
Flavor: The taste is also much lemon, lemonade as it is rather sweet, some bitter lemon zest at the end. (3.5)
Palate: Very low carbonation, a bit watery but with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Well preserved, and quite refreshing even if the carbonation was very low. (3.5)

Bottle, 750 ml, best before 07-11-20, i.e. 3.5 years after that. Had kept remarkably well (cellar stored all that time).
