Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of toffee, apple, chocolate, sherry and oak. (4)
Taste: Tasting toffee, bread, marmalade, boubon and peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a oily texture. A big body with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Promising but could improve by storing. (3.5)
