Apperance: A hazy brownish red brew, a small pink head with no lacing but some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is ripe with stable nuances, leather, old cheese, fruits - cherries and green apples. (4.5)
Flavor: Tasting of cherries in sour milk, vinegar and a good bitterness in the finish. Cherry seeds. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, complex feeling. Dry finish. (4)
Overall: As with all Cantillons the taste needs to be acquired. But once that is done, you're sold. (4)
