Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, cardamom and lemon. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet white bread, lemon peel, cardamom and lemon grass. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a sticky texture. A small body with a somewhat dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Refreshing and spicy. Not bad. (4)

Bottle 330 ml at home. #7 in Mikkellers Christmas Calendar.
