Apperance: A foggy amber colored beer. A off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, grape-fruit, resin and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet pine toffee, grape-fruit marmalade and peel. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a very dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very US west coasty DIPA. (4)

Bottle 330 ml at home. #8 in Mikkeller's Xmas box.
