India Pale Ale

Apperance: This is a foggy deep yellow / near orange beer, an off-white head leaving lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is typical for an American IPA, grape-fruit, lemon, grass, and pine - from the hops. (4)
Taste: The taste is initially sweet, caramel, then fruits being dominated by grape-fruit, and then a hoppy, peel and seed, bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a bit coarse and dry. (3.5)
Overall: Good and solid, rather well balanced. (4)
