Apperance: The color is slightly old brass, a white head that recedes quickly but leaves good lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is lemon peels, fresh cut grass, sweet oranges and some spiciness from coriander. (4)
Taste: The taste is sweet orange lemonade, wheat biscuits, grapefruit peels, lemon, spicy notes from a seedy bitterness. Nutmeg and bitter almonds. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, very small bubbles, a dry and warm finish. (3.5)
Overall: Being a wit bier it has much taste, complements strong (Thai green curry) food. Not the common lemonade feeling. (3.5)
