India Pale Ale

Apperance: The beer is clear copper toned amber, with an off-white head leaving some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is citric, bitter oranges and grape-fruit peel, some toffee as well. (3.5)
Taste: The malt is caramel and sweet biscuits, some lemon and orange sourness. The bitterness is lemon zest and lasts a good while. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, refreshing and a nice dry finish. (4)
Overall: A well-done IPA, a good mix of English and American hops. (4)
