Apperance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of plums, ripe bananas, sherry and arrac. (4.5)
Flavor: Tasting sweet fudge, sherry, plum marmalade and Marzipan. (4.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a sticky finish. (4)
Overall: Really great beer, enjoy with a soft strong cheese. (4.5)
