Apperance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Sweet dried fruits, raisins, figs, dates, hops, pine, hay. (4)
Flavor: Tasting toffee, brown bread, fruit marmalade and grass. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: Still surprisingly bitter after three years, no oxidation. (4)
