Apperance: The beer is clear, deep amber, a very low off-white head leaving no lacing. (3)
Aroma: A rather faint hard toffee and slightly citric aroma. (3)
Taste: The taste has upfront notes of toffee and caramel, biscuits and faintly of honey, and then a quick rather bitter domination from the hops. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, and a rater refreshing feeling turning into a good dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A good average bitter, possibly a bit high on the bitter hops. (3)
